CONTROL, SETTING AND REFIT

WHY CHECK ONES RIGGING ?
The performance, reliability and especially safety of the boat and its crew are directly dependent on the state of the mast rigging. Because poorly known and difficult to access, it is too often overlooked. The manufacturers of riggings are unanimous, announcing an average lifespan of 10 years, and recommend a visual check once a year and full control (mast on the ground) every 6 to 10 years.
After this time, many are the insurance companies that no longer cover the damage caused in case of material or even physical problem. Alternative Performance Yachting carries out a control, a setting or a refit of your rigging.
